Overview and Purpose 
 Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) company policy refers to our responsibility towards our community and our environment. Our company’s existence is not lonely. It is part of a bigger system of people, values, other organizations and nature. The social responsibility of our business is to give back to the world just as it gives to us.

 This policy applies to our company and its subsidiaries. It may also refer to our business partners and vendors.

EFD Group strives to be a responsible business entity that meets the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Our company’s social responsibility falls under two categories: compliance and proactiveness.

Compliance
  Compliance refers to our company’s commitment to legality and willingness to observe community values. EFD has various governance policies in place for compliance.
  3.2.1Legality: 
   Our company will respect the law, ensure that all our business operations are legitimate and keep all our partnership and collaboration open and transparent. 
  3.2.2Business Ethics: 
   Our company always conduct our business with integrity, promoting safety and fair dealing, and respect towards our partners and stakeholders. 
  3.2.3Protecting the Environment:
   Our company recognizes the need to protect the natural environment and will strive to follow local best practices. 
  3.2.4Protecting our People: 
   Our company don’t risk the health and safety of our employees and community, and support diversity and inclusion. 
  3.2.5Human Rights: 
   Our company is a committed equal opportunity employer and will abide by all fair labor practices.

Proactiveness
  Proactiveness is our company’s initiative to help our communities. Excellent Fortune Foundation (EFF Foundation) was formed to proactively contribute in these areas. EFF Foundation commits to operate in accordance to the rules and regulations, and all funding and donation from EFF Foundation are derived from EFD Group’s internal resources.
  3.3.1Volunteering: 
   Our company will encourage our employees to volunteer. They can volunteer through programs organized internally or externally.
  3.3.2Donations and aid: 
   Our company may preserve a budget to make donations. We commit to support and donate, in cash or materials, to the people across the country, to uplift their living standards, improving their quality of life, disaster relief and reconstruction, and facilitating national development.
  3.3.3Supporting the Community: 
   Our company support community and educational programs. We commit to contribute to areas such as social welfare, health care, education, rural development and natural disaster prevention.
  3.3.4Learning: 
   Our company is open to suggestions and listen carefully to ideas. Our company will try to continuously improve the way it operates.

Policy Compliance

Compliance Measurement
  The Group will verify compliance to this policy through various methods, including but not limited to business tool reports and feedback to the policy owner.

 
4.2
Exceptions
  Any exception to the policy must be approved by the policy owner in advance.

 
4.3
Non-Compliance
  An employee found to have violated this policy may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
