EFD GROUP owns several gem and jade mines in Myanmar and the mining sector formed the Group’s core business. These mines have proven reserves and produce the world’s top quality rubies and jade. Its products are not only sold in local market but also exported to foreign countries through the gems and jewelry trade fairs that are organized by the Union Government.

In addition, EFD GROUP also has other mines such as tungsten, granite, gold and other valuable minerals, which are currently in the stages of conducting preliminary exploration and feasibility study.
