IT Supervisor

Job Descriptions

• Installation and configuring computer hardware operating system and applications.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Support technical issues on LANs, WANs and other systems.
• Provide technical support for computer system, network and software issues.
• Deliver windows, office installation, email configuration.
• Provide IT support, supporting the roll-out of new applications including procedural documentation and relevant reports.

Job Specification

• Degree in Computer Science/Information technology or any graduate with IT diploma or relative certificates
• 3+ years of experience in networks and systems maintenance with hands-on troubleshooting practices.
• Experience with firewalls, setting up remote connectivity, troubleshooting and problem solving in timely manner.
• Ability to set up and configure network printer with permission, hardware configuration.
• Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
• Able to work with teams and other departmental heads to achieve a common goal
