EFD GROUP has a teak plantation which is located in Taikkyi Township, Yangon Region and Tharyarwaddy Township, Bago Region, approximately 70 miles from Yangon. It is the largest teak plantation in Myanmar covering a land area of over 30,000 acres. EFD GROUP has partnered a reputable international investor to jointly operate the business. The teak plantation was valued at over USD 1.5 billion by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in 2017.
