Job Descriptions

  • Comprehensive integration and coordination of major line of business or staff members.
  • Develop and implement human resource strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organization’s business objectives and Business Units that support its mission and values.
  • Lead and manage strategic staff planning, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance review, learning & development, etc.
  • Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization’s human resource compliance and strategy needs.
  • Continuously review and improve HR policies and systems to meet and support business long-term goals and objectives.
  • Manage a team of HR professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure that they are performing to their full potential.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment within the business.
  • Review the annual merit analysis and proposal to CHRO based on TA research and analysis.
  • Review and take approval for the HR-related matters such as budget, planning, analysis, training plans, etc. to Management.
  • Contribute, support, and guide the delivery of business objectives, act as a business consultant & change agent one point of contact for the employees and Line Functions in the business units.
  • Conduct other ad-hoc assigned by operation and team requirements.
  • Accountability for budget, policy recommendation and implementation
  • Develops and implements strategies and long-term plans that will impact the overall performance and competitions of the organization.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices, including employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in talent management and employee development programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of HR professionals.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze HR data and metrics and develop effective strategies and solutions.
  • Proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s business objectives.
